A Passaic, NJ company is hiring a customer service manager. Job involves customer support execution, ownership of the service system and operational oversight of customer service performance. Looking for someone who currently works in customer service management. Candidate must have experience managing tickets or overseeing customer service team members. Candidate must be very computer savvy. Ideal if the candidate has high-paced customer or vendor management experience for a product/service/e-commerce business. Option to work from home 1-2 days/week and 3-4 days/week in office. Looking for someone who has the ability to take ownership of the job. Candidate must be able to travel very ocassionally to provide customer support to larger tickets. Candidate must have at least 2 years of prior office experience. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
