Job Description

To oversee the entire admissions and enrollment process for an institution, developing and implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and enroll qualified students. This includes managing staff, developing recruitment plans, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory policies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

• Develops and implements strategic enrollment management plans to achieve institutional goals for student recruitment and diversity.

Recruitment & Marketing

• Oversees the development and execution of recruitment and marketing strategies to attract prospective students, including campus visits, outreach programs, and communication plans.

Admissions Process Management

• Manages the admissions process, including application review, interview processes, and decision-making, ensuring a fair and efficient process.

Staff Management

• Leads, trains, and mentors the admissions team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Must have a BA in business or related field

Pay Range

• $80K–$100K
