A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring a top level COO. Candidate must be super ambitious and geshikt. Looking for a seasoned, people-focused operations leader to help scale and align the company's growing healthcare organization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building structure, motivating teams, and turning strategy into seamless execution. Job includes leading and managing day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring strategic goals are translated into actionable plans. Candidate will serve as the primary driver of execution, turning vision into reality through systems, process, and people management. Candidate will partner closely with the CEO, CRO, and other department heads to ensure operational alignment across the company. Looking for someone who has at least 8 years of operational leadership experience ideally in a multi-team or multi-entity environment. Looking for someone who is proactive, with a leadership personality, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
