Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate reports, create pivot tables, and build automated templates using advanced Excel functions.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain dynamic spreadsheets and data visualization tools for leadership.
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily operations, follow up on meeting tasks, and provide general administrative assistance.
- Presentation & Communication: Translate data insights into clear recommendations and create executive presentations.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Experience building dashboards and automated reporting templates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present data insights clearly.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
