An ABA company is hiring an intake coordinator. The job involves interacting with patients and parents as well as the pediatricians and psychologists. Candidate will need to compassionately and empathetically guide families through intake and onboarding. Looking for someone detail oriented, with strong communication skills, as well as a passion for converting prospects into clients. Must have at least 1 year of office work experience in any field. Looking for someone who is positive and has a good work ethic. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-2:45 pm, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
