Job Description

We’re looking for a Full-time Office Manager to manage the administrative engine behind our growing remodeling company. This is a key leadership position based in our new Pikesville office- perfect for someone who is highly organized, systems-driven, and thrives in a dynamic small-business environment. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining internal systems, and managing administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone who’s excited to build out structure and scale with us as we grow. Key Responsibilities • ⁠ ⁠Setting up systems & SOPs • ⁠ ⁠Client support during the pre- and post-construction phases • ⁠ ⁠Scheduling of estimates and jobs • ⁠ ⁠Finance & bookkeeping oversight Job Requirements: • ⁠ ⁠Work from Pikesville Office • ⁠ ⁠⁠3+ years of office management • ⁠ ⁠3+ years experience with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and CRM tools • ⁠ ⁠Experience in construction or remodeling a strong plus • ⁠ ⁠Comfortable taking initiative and building systems from the ground up
