Brighter Day Health – Intake Coordinator
Brighter Day Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the Brighter Day office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office efficiency and supporting management across various aspects of company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the office runs smoothly
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and interviews
- Handle incoming correspondence (emails, mail, packages) and direct it appropriately
- Act as the point of contact between employees and management
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data as needed
- Prepare clinician caseloads and maintain close communication with clinicians and, if needed, facilities
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Work Environment:
- Standard office environment
- On-site role
