Position: Full-Time Client Coordinator / Secretary

Location: Boro Park Office (Near 13th Ave & 45th St)

Salary: $46,000 – $65,000/year ($25–$40/hour, depending on experience)

We are looking for a full-time secretary to join our growing team as a Client Coordinator in our Boro Park office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to families who inquire about our services
  • Guide clients through the intake process
  • Coordinate the start of services
  • Assist the owner with various administrative and operational tasks
  • Help build and grow our team over time

This position reports directly to the owner and includes full training in the field of ABA. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a newer, expanding company.

Requirements:

  • Must be organized, reliable, and a strong communicator
  • Comfortable with phone and email follow-up
  • Full-time availability

Our current office is located near 13th Ave & 45th St, with a potential move in the coming months.
