An ABA company is hiring an intake coordinator. The job involves interacting with patients and parents as well as the pediatricians and psychologists. Candidate will need to compassionately and empathetically guide families through intake and onboarding. Looking for someone detail oriented, with strong communication skills, as well as a passion for converting prospects into clients. Must have at least 2 years of intake or related experience. This position is for someone who has experience in an administrative or operational role in an ABA company, not a technician or RBT, but an individual who has worked in an office-based ABA setting. Looking for someone who is positive and has a good work ethic. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-2:45 pm, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
