A Lakewood, NJ ABA company is hiring a client care coordinator. Job includes setting up and assigning new prospects with the appropriate BCBA, reviewing and overseeing the BCBAs' case loads and assessments, ensuring treatment plans are being submitted promptly, coordinating a time for families and BCBA to speak, and resolving scheduling issues. Job also entails recruiting new therapists for the company. Looking for someone who has worked for an out of state ABA agency and has experience assisting families, RBTs, BCBAs throughout the ABA therapy process and beyond. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, (must work until at least 4 pm) and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
