A Boro Park, Brooklyn insurance company is hiring a claims service specialist to join the workers' compensation claims department. Job includes providing support to clients’ claim programs. Candidate will be responsible to focus on managing the initial stages of workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Looking for someone with 1-2 years of office experience in an administrative or customer service role; experience in insurance or workers' compensation is a plus. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
