A medical facility in the Five Towns is seeking a Front Desk Secretary to provide friendly, efficient, and compliant patient intake while supporting daily administrative operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a welcoming demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and professional check-in experience.
  • Complete initial patient intake, including collecting demographics, verifying insurance, obtaining consent forms, and confirming all documentation is accurate.
  • Review and update patient medical and personal information in the electronic records system.
  • Handle patient inquiries in person and by phone, offering clear information on clinic policies and procedures.
  • Support general administrative office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
