Administrative Assistant – Real Estate Management
A Brooklyn-based Real Estate Management firm is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience, preferably within the real estate industry, and will thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Process lease renewals and Section 8 renewals
- Manage DHCR registrations
- Track and respond to HPD and ECB violations
- Order office and building supplies
- Provide basic technical support as needed
- Run local errands and assist with general office tasks
- Support day-to-day administrative operations as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Comfortable working in a busy office setting
