Administrative Assistant – Real Estate Management

A Brooklyn-based Real Estate Management firm is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience, preferably within the real estate industry, and will thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process lease renewals and Section 8 renewals
  • Manage DHCR registrations
  • Track and respond to HPD and ECB violations
  • Order office and building supplies
  • Provide basic technical support as needed
  • Run local errands and assist with general office tasks
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience (real estate experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
  • Comfortable working in a busy office setting

Compensation

Salary commensurate with experience
