New Program Project Manager
Full-time | Williamsburg, Brooklyn
$50,000–$60,000 base + commission
Anchor Health is hiring a proactive, highly organized problem solver to spearhead a new OPWDD eligibility and enrollment program from start to finish.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll learn OPWDD eligibility processes, research requirements, gather documentation, and guide patients through approvals and enrollment. We’re looking for someone sharp, motivated, and reliable — someone who enjoys figuring things out and driving work forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end OPWDD eligibility and enrollment process
- Research requirements, collect documentation, and manage submissions
- Communicate with patients, families, providers, and agencies
- Track progress and help refine processes over time
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and resourceful—takes initiative and follows through
- Comfortable learning systems and navigating procedures
- Strong communicator with empathy for patients and families
- Experience in healthcare/social services/admin is a plus, but not required
