Job Description
Role: Inbound calls only (no cold calling). Structured, long-term opportunity.
Compensation: Monthly advance plus commissions; high earning potential for consistent performers.
Training: Insurance licensing and training fully paid by the company; paid onboarding and structured training program.
Schedule & Work Environment: Weekday schedule with structured flexibility for family obligations (including early departures when needed). Full respect for Shabbat and Jewish holidays.
- Monday–Thursday: Daytime hours with structured flexibility for family obligations (including early departures when needed).
- Friday early dismissal available
- No evenings. No weekends.

Location: Professional office in Englewood, NJ (Convenient access from Route 4 / Route 80 / GW Bridge)
This role is available as:
- In-office (Englewood, NJ)
- Hybrid, or
- Remote, after successful onboarding and training
Note:
- Candidates should be comfortable commuting to our Englewood office initially, with the option to transition to hybrid or remote as the role progresses.
- Our current office is located in Englewood, NJ. As our team grows, we are actively evaluating additional locations and expanded remote options.
