Job Description
We’re hiring a detail-oriented and client-focused CSR to support Property & Casualty insurance underwriting and policy servicing. This role is ideal for someone with P&C experience who values accuracy, strong communication, and ownership of their work.
What You’ll Do
- Support underwriters with policy issuance, endorsements, renewals & cancellations
- Serve as a main point of contact for brokers and clients
- Prepare quotes, binders, certificates, and policy documents
- Review and process underwriting applications and documentation
- Track missing items and follow up to keep policies moving
- Ensure policy data matches underwriting approvals
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Collaborate with underwriting, accounting, and operations teams
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of P&C insurance experience (agency, MGA, or carrier preferred)
- Background as a CSR, Underwriting Assistant, or Account Manager a plus
- Strong understanding of P&C products and terminology
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines
- Experience with agency management systems & Microsoft Office
- Insurance license (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
