Job Description

We’re hiring a detail-oriented and client-focused CSR to support Property & Casualty insurance underwriting and policy servicing. This role is ideal for someone with P&C experience who values accuracy, strong communication, and ownership of their work.


What You’ll Do

  • Support underwriters with policy issuance, endorsements, renewals & cancellations
  • Serve as a main point of contact for brokers and clients
  • Prepare quotes, binders, certificates, and policy documents
  • Review and process underwriting applications and documentation
  • Track missing items and follow up to keep policies moving
  • Ensure policy data matches underwriting approvals
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Collaborate with underwriting, accounting, and operations teams


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of P&C insurance experience (agency, MGA, or carrier preferred)
  • Background as a CSR, Underwriting Assistant, or Account Manager a plus
  • Strong understanding of P&C products and terminology
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Experience with agency management systems & Microsoft Office
  • Insurance license (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
