A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring an office manager. Looking for someone who has experience managing a team of at least 6 people. Job includes supporting leadership, overseeing internal workflows, managing cross-department communication, and ensuring projects move efficiently from sales through installation. Candidate must have at least 2 years of current experience in people management, office management, or operations. Candidate must be proficient in Monday.com or a similar project management tool. This position is not for someone who worked as a project manager. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
