Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of service coordinators, oversee patient outreach, manage escalations, and refine workflows.

In-person position located in Crown Heights, working hours are 9 AM to 5 PM.

Compensation includes a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 plus bonuses.
