What You’ll Do
- Answer customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with questions about orders and services
- Enter and update customer information in our system
- Track packages and resolve delivery issues
- Follow internal procedures and document interactions accurately
- Communicate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
What We’re Looking For:
- Clear and professional English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable using computers and web-based systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
