What You’ll Do


  • Answer customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently


  • Assist customers with questions about orders and services


  • Enter and update customer information in our system


  • Track packages and resolve delivery issues


  • Follow internal procedures and document interactions accurately


  • Communicate with other departments to resolve customer concerns


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and organization


  • Comfortable using computers and web-based systems


  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn


  • Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
