A Passaic, NJ company is hiring a customer service manager. Looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills who can manage and respond to all the customer's inquires via the portal. Candidate must have at least 1 year of excellent customer service experience and be very computer savvy. Ideal if the candidate has high-paced customer or vendor management experience for a product/service/e-commerce business. Option to work from home 1-2 days/week. Looking for someone who has the ability to take ownership of the job. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3:30 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1 pm
