Manage a diverse pipeline of traditional Conventional and DSCR investment loans, ensuring seamless closings for investors and homebuyers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dual-Pipeline Management (Conventional & Non-QM/DSCR)
- Technical Underwriting Prep (Income Analysis & Property Cash Flow)
- Lender & Sponsor Coordination
- Delivering White-Glove Client Experience
