A 5 Towns, NY company is hiring a billing specialist. Job involves the end-to-end onboarding of new customer accounts from contract validation through the first 1–2 billing cycles. Job includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, reviewing client contracts, ensuring billing accuracy and vendor invoicing. Looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in accounting, revenue cycle management, accounts payable or accounts receivable. Looking for someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to audit invoices and account setups. Candidate must be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm (must work until 5 pm), and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
