A Flatbush, Brooklyn school is hiring a COO. Candidate must have real experience with construction and project management. This is a higher level role. Looking for someone who can get people together and on board and delegate and manage the work. Job includes overseeing facilities, maintenance, cleaning, campus safety, food services, IT infrastructure, data management, capital projects, real estate management, and vendor relationships. Candidate must be able to lead a big team, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with board members and facilitate the real estate and construction committees. Looking for someone with a master’s degree in business, education, public administration, nonprofit management, operations, facilities management, or a related field. Candidate must have at least 8 years of experience in an operations leadership position. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
