SchoolSet is a growing company that provides software to Mosdos around the world. Our platform helps Mosdos manage their daily operations more efficiently, and we’re looking for friendly, capable people to assist our customers.

We’re hiring multiple new team members who will train together in a warm, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Help school staff with questions about SchoolSet
• Explain things clearly and patiently
• Investigate questions and ensure they are fully resolved
• Build warm, professional relationships with the Mosdos we serve

Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent Yiddish preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Friendly, patient, and pleasant to work with
• Responsible, organized, and dependable
• A quick learner with good follow-through
• Someone who takes ownership and enjoys helping others

This is a truly entry-level position. No previous experience with SchoolSet is necessary. We provide complete training and ongoing support.
