A Flatbush, Brooklyn school is hiring a COO. Candidate must currently be in a leadership role and have at least 8 years of people management experience. Candidate must have real experience with real estate construction and project management or experience with facility security. This is a higher level role. Candidate must be able to lead a big team, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with 5-10 board members and facilitate the real estate and construction committees. Looking for someone who can get people together and on board and delegate the work. Job includes overseeing facilities, maintenance, cleaning, campus safety, food services, IT infrastructure, data management, capital projects, real estate management, and vendor relationships. Looking for someone with a master’s degree in business, education, public administration, nonprofit management, operations, facilities management, or a related field. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 8 am-5 pm, and Fri, 8 am-1:30 pm
