Job Description
We are a well established commercial HVAC company in Boro Park seeking a highly organized, detail driven Office Manager who can handle both administrative & bookkeeping responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining office systems and ensuring daily workflow efficiency
- AP/AR, monthly reconciling, invoicing, billing, tracking payments
- Coordinating with project managers, general contractors, vendors, and field teams
- Maintaining accurate records, logs, schedules, and compliance docs
- Preparing reports, updating spreadsheets, and supporting management
- Handling phones, emails, and general office tasks
- Tracking deliveries, equipment, and project coordination
- Purchasing job materials & securing best possible pricing
- Handling HR functions, onboarding, compliance tracking
- Processing payroll & maintaining employee records
Salary: $70K - 90K DOE
