Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Back Office and Bookkeeping Specialist to join our small but growing renovations and construction company. This remote position involves managing bookkeeping, customer, and vendor relations.
Responsibilities
- Assign expenses to projects and ensure accurate bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Send out invoices to clients promptly and follow up as necessary.
- Run financial reports as needed to support project management.
- Assist in submitting applications for new projects to building management.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction or related industry (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Work Hours
This position is expected to require 5-10 hours per week. Please note that we do not work on Chol Hamoed or Taanisim.
