Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and resourceful Office Assistant / Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Our business is focused on providing excellent on-site support and maintenance services for critical infrastructure in the NYC area. The Office Assistant will provide varied support to our office team, daily office needs, data entry, and managing the company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls, while gathering critical information
  • Write and distribute emails and other correspondence
  • Update reports and documentation using Word / Excell and PDF Editing
  • Assist in updating the calendar, task lists and timekeeping
  • Other tasks that may be assigned

Skills:

  • Great written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven Experience or high learning aptitude as administrative assistant
  • Office Software: MS Excell, MS Word, NitroPro (PDF), Google Suite
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Strong problem solving and organization skills
  • Typing rate at least 50 words per minute
  • Attention to detail and problem solving
