A Flatbush, Brooklyn ABA company is hiring a scheduler. Looking for someone detail oriented who can process a lot of information quickly, and pivot from task to task. Job involves looking at open cases and available staff and matching up staff members to cases. Candidate must be capable of comfortably using multiple digital platforms and handling a lot of information that constantly changes. Candidate must have at least 1 year of prior office experience in any field. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9:30 am-4 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1 pm
