Premium Health is looking for outstanding candidates for the Call Center Specialist position for our Internal Medicine, Pediatric and Dermatology Departments.

This is not a remote position; it is fully in-person 5 days a week!

Time Commitment:

•  Monday – Thursday 10:15 AM – 7:00 PM
•    Friday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls
• Schedule appointments
• Verify medical insurances
• Create referrals
• Respond to patient medical questions
• Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor

Compensation:

Commensurate with Experience, $20-26 per hour
