At Attentive Care, we’re building a strong team to deliver thoughtful, high‑quality care. We’re looking for someone to lead and support a team of 5–10 service coordinators, helping them thrive and ensuring consistency across our services — no direct patient care required.

What You’ll Do

• Guide and mentor staff to ensure quality service
• Oversee workflows, documentation, and deadlines
• Troubleshoot challenges and handle escalations
• Support onboarding and training for new employees
• Collaborate with other leaders to strengthen processes
