• Provide support and guidance to individuals in self-direction programs.
• Assist clients in developing and implementing their individual service plans.
• Facilitate communication between clients and service providers.

• 3 years of professional office experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
