Kindly Direct Care is expanding its community outreach and referral development efforts. We’re seeking to partner with someone who understands the NJ DDD ecosystem and maintains strong connections with Support Coordinators, agencies, and families across New Jersey.

This opportunity is particularly well suited for someone who:

• Is very familiar with I/DD Support Coordination and Community-Based Supports programs

• Wants to ensure individuals are connected with reliable, high-quality supports

• Is passionate about community education, including informing individuals about supports and resources available to them and minimizing barriers to access

• Is energized by networking and relationship-building

• Already has a trusted network in the NJ I/DD community

 Compensation: Base rate plus generous commission structure
