We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable receptionist to join our doggy daycare in Crown Heights.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with check-in and check-out of pets
  • Provide excellent customer service to pet owners
  • Manage appointments and handle administrative tasks
  • Use computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping
  • Assist with social media updates and online engagement
  • Help oversee daily front desk operations

Requirements:
