Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with check-in and check-out of pets
- Provide excellent customer service to pet owners
- Manage appointments and handle administrative tasks
- Use computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping
- Assist with social media updates and online engagement
- Help oversee daily front desk operations
