Coordination Team Lead

$70,000 - $80,000 annually

Crown Heights | 9–5, Mon–Fri

At Attentive Care, we’re building a strong team dedicated to delivering thoughtful, high-quality care. We’re seeking a team leader to guide and support a team of 8-10 Service Coordinators - providing day-to-day direction, ensuring deadlines are met, and offering ongoing support to help them effectively manage their caseloads.

What You’ll Do

• Guide and mentor staff to ensure quality service
• Oversee workflows, documentation, and deadlines
• Troubleshoot challenges and handle escalations
• Collaborate with other leaders to strengthen processes
