Case Management Position

For this role, we're looking for someone who exudes confidence with a vibrant, customer-centric personality. We're seeking someone who can keep their cool, speak to all different types of individuals, be a team player, and ultimately provide a stellar customer experience, ensuring that each one of our clients and DSPs are thrilled with the support we provide!


You will be guiding clients from the intake through ongoing support and responsible for timely resolution to any issues, such as re-staffing needs or other preferences.


Requirements: This role requires excellent project management, time management, and multitasking ability. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, have excellent communication skills, and be ready to roll up their sleeves to help each client feel as if they are the only client! Hours:

Compensation: 50-60K depending on hours & experience.
