RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Write high quality, compliant hcbs
service plans
• Collaborate with supervisors, care
manager, and providers
Ensure all plans meet doh and
Medicaid guidelines
• Complete revisions and updates
within required timeframes
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Evening hours availability is a must
Prior experience in behavioral health
• Strong writing and communication
skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and
manage nuplicants
