A Lakewood, NJ multifamily property management company is hiring a tax credit (LIHTC) specialist. Job includes being in touch with the property managers and following up to get all the paperwork in place. Looking for someone with prior experience in tax credit compliance in the multifamily property management field. Candidate must be very detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
