Title services firm seeks an experienced Title Coordinator to manage residential and commercial title files from opening through closing.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing title reports
  • Coordinating with attorneys, lenders, and clients
  • Ensuring files are accurate and on schedule


Requirements
  • Prior New York title experience required
  • Ability to independently manage title files
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • NJ title experience a plus
