Title services firm seeks an experienced Title Coordinator to manage residential and commercial title files from opening through closing.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing title reports
- Coordinating with attorneys, lenders, and clients
- Ensuring files are accurate and on schedule
Requirements- Prior New York title experience required
- Ability to independently manage title files
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- NJ title experience a plus
