We are a boutique firm looking for a sharp, self-driven individual to help us grow our multifamily real estate portfolio. If you know your way around underwriting models and enjoy talking to brokers, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
•Talk to brokers and build deal flow
•Source and evaluate multifamily acquisition opportunities
•Underwrite deals (value-add, stabilized)
•Analyze the market & comps
•Work directly with principals on execution
Requirements:
•Solid experience sourcing & underwriting multifamily deals
•Comfortable with broker relationships and deal sourcing
•Proficient in Excel or modeling tools
•Clear communicator, self-starter, detail-oriented
Compensation:
Base salary with performance-based bonuses tied to successful acquisitions
