An active real estate company is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to handle a variety of office tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry.
- Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and office organization
- Handle light bookkeeping tasks (tracking expenses, invoices, and payments)
- Support team members with daily office operations
- Prepare and mail checks, handle outgoing correspondence, and write envelopes accurately
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- No smoking permitted in or around the workplace
