Job Description

This is a managerial role responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations across a portfolio of 500 residential units. The position focuses on reviewing and prioritizing maintenance work orders, scheduling technicians, and serving as the main point of contact with the property management team. In addition, the role will track turnovers with move-in/move-out checklists.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all maintenance work orders from intake through completion
• Schedule, direct, and supervise maintenance technicians and outside vendors
• Act as the primary liaison between maintenance operations and the property management team
• Track and manage move-in and move-out inspection checklists
• Monitor renovation timelines, budgets, and completion status
• Assist with single-family home renovation projects as needed, including coordination and on-site support
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and to company standards
