Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the performance of multifamily properties
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value
• Conduct regular property inspections and financial analysis
• Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to optimize occupancy
• Prepare and present reports to senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in asset management or real estate
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
