Mendy Capital is seeking experienced licensed commercial real estate and mortgage professionals to join our growing brokerage platform serving the NYC market. We provide access to active commercial real estate transaction flow involving investors, developers, and property owners across all five boroughs. This is a commission-based opportunity designed for self-motivated professionals who want to operate in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.

Requirements:

• Active New York State Real Estate License (Required)
• Experience in mortgage, brokerage, banking, or commercial real estate finance
• Strong understanding of investment and commercial property transactions
• Self-driven and client-focused mindset

Please note: A residential mortgage loan originator (MLO) license alone is not sufficient without an active NYS real estate license.
