Mendy Realty is actively expanding our Commercial Real Estate division in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, serving property owners, investors, and developers across all five boroughs of New York City. We are currently seeking licensed commercial real estate agents to join our growing team.

Position Overview
Commission-only structure (high earning potential)

Requirements

• Active NYS Real Estate License
• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (commercial preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a competitive market

Responsibilities
Work directly on NYC commercial deals including:

• Multifamily properties
• Mixed-use assets
• Development sites
• Retail & investment sales

Access to active inventory, buyers, and seller pipeline. Training, deal support, and brokerage infrastructure provided.
