🎯 The Role
You will be the main point of contact for title orders, managing the flow of communication between all parties to ensure a seamless closing experience.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Commitment Management: Proofing and sending accurate reports; managing client expectations on timelines.
Closing Prep & Coordination: Working with clearance officers/attorneys to get files "clear to close," preparing invoices/settlement statements, and hiring closers.
Communication: Acting as the bridge between clients, closers, and our post-closing department.
Quality Assurance: Reviewing all documentation for 100% accuracy to prevent delays.
