Looking for a versatile professional to support my real estate company through a blend of high-level administrative management and client-facing property showings. You will act as the operational backbone of the company while assisting renter clients in finding their next home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Coordination: Manage client databases, schedule appointments, and coordinate document preparation for listing agreements and contracts.
  • Set appointments on a day-to-day basis, manage emails, and communicate with clients through calls and texts.
  • Property Showings: Lead property tours for prospective renters, provide initial market research, and gather feedback.
