Job Overview
A property management company is seeking a Leasing & Property Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across its portfolio. This role will handle leasing, compliance follow-up, tenant communication, applications, inspections, and general administrative responsibilities while helping ensure properties run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Process rental applications, including credit and income verification
- Coordinate lease renewals and maintain accurate tenant records
- Handle tenant follow-up and day-to-day communication
- Support compliance-related tasks, inspections, and property documentation
- Process payments and maintain organized records
- Schedule and assist with apartment inspections and move-ins/move-outs
- Work closely with the property management team to keep operations running efficiently
Requirements- Basic property management, leasing, or real estate experience preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and grow within the industry
