Job Overview

A property management company is seeking a Leasing & Property Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across its portfolio. This role will handle leasing, compliance follow-up, tenant communication, applications, inspections, and general administrative responsibilities while helping ensure properties run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Process rental applications, including credit and income verification
  • Coordinate lease renewals and maintain accurate tenant records
  • Handle tenant follow-up and day-to-day communication
  • Support compliance-related tasks, inspections, and property documentation
  • Process payments and maintain organized records
  • Schedule and assist with apartment inspections and move-ins/move-outs
  • Work closely with the property management team to keep operations running efficiently
