We are seeking a proactive, highly organized leader for the Director of Operations position in Multifamily Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have real estate experience, preferably in multifamily properties, and proven multi-department leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations
• Coordinate with CFO, managers, lenders, and attorneys to meet deadlines
• Manage 5-6 direct reports
• Utilize EOS Level 10s and KPIs

• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with EOS is a plus
