Job Overview

Large-scale development projects break down when approvals stall, consultants miss deadlines, architects lose momentum, and nobody aggressively owns coordination across the moving parts. This role exists to prevent that. We are hiring a Project Manager to drive execution across major ground-up multifamily developments ranging from 250 to 1,500 units.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met
• Manage project budgets and resources
• Oversee the construction process from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards

• Proven experience in project management within real estate development
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction processes and regulations

Experience Required

3-4 years
